<p> </p> <p> CNET科技资讯网9月6日国际报道 微软今年3月在Mix10会议上展示支持Internet Explorer 9的HTML 5版时，许多人质疑Silverlight的前途。</p> <p> 6个月后的今天，即使微软又发布最新第4版的Silverlight，同样的问题依然存在：网络开发者在制作新的网络和移动应用程序时，该不该锁定Internet Explorer 9或Silverlight呢?</p> <p> 微软未发布任何白皮书或指南，但IE主管一向把HTML 5定位为互联网的大势所趋，Silverlight尚未玩完。不过，上周Silverlight团队终于挺身出面捍卫这个平台的未来。</p> <p> 微软开发者平台部门产品管理经理Brad Becker在博客上撰文，标题就是“Silverlight的未来”。Becker在文中表示，HTML5尚未大功告成，是一个目前仍在演变中的标准。他还强调，Silverlight是开发者制作优质媒体内容的正确选择，也适合用来制作能跨越多重平台执行的内容/应用程序。</p> <p> 但仍有人搞不清楚企业/商业应用程序与消费性应用程序的差别，在这种情况下，以微软为重心的开发者该不该锁定IE或Silverlight呢？Becker的回答似乎是说，这要由程序设计师自己决定，应该选择最让他们安心的平台。</p> <p> 希望微软能准备一些说明得更清楚的开发者指南，指示在何时应锁定Silverlight，何时又该锁定 IE/HTML 5。也许等到微软主管将来准备谈Silverlight 5时，已经想清楚自己的定位。</p> |

<p>最近的PDC上，微软的副总裁Bob Muglia说了类似的话：“我们对Silverlight的策略改变了，我们要用HTML5来实现跨平台的应用程序”，于是乎，铺天盖地响起了“微软要抛弃Silverlight”的调调。</p>
