[求助]求救！！重装系统之后 arcmap9装不上了

今天重装完系统 arcmap9.0装不上了我现在装的操作系统是番茄花园sp2 v 2.7,　cpu为双核（数据保护问题已解决），之前的操作系统是原版sp2,两次安装的不同点只是把路径改为了d盘，另外加装了macfee的防火墙。请问高手到底是什么原因使俺安不上了呢？两次安装差距咋这么大呢？信息如下(俺是个农民，所以e文很差，见谅)（我的计算机名为autocad)：Diagnostics -------- FLEXlm diagnostics on Wed 7/12/2006 19:49

ERRORS: C:\Program Files\ESRI\License\arcgis9x\license.dat:line 1:Invalid license file syntax License的第一行语法就有问题，估计是缺少分隔符或者有中文字符的问题，导致程序无法读出此行内容
